Great little used appliance shop, my washer broke down on me and I happened upon this little store in my desperate search to find something quickly and inexpensively. The young woman in the store was very helpful and knowledgeable about the different brands. I ended up purchasing a used washing machine and they were able to deliver and install it the same day. The two gentlemen that came out to install it we're very friendly and made sure it was operating correctly before they left (that it filled, washed, rinsed, and spun correctly). The machine I purchased was at the lowest price point offered but I am still very happy with it, you can see that it has been refurbished but for my use it is in an unseen area and as long as it is mechanically fine, and so far it seems to be, I can't complain at all about the price or service. If you are looking for an appliance in a pinch I would most definitely recommend this shop, I will be back the next time one of my home appliances breaks down :) and the best part is they hauled away my old broken washer at no charge!

The process was prompt and easy with same day delivery! Once the dryer was installed they stayed to ensure everything was fully operational. Very professional and courteous customer service with a 60 day warranty. Awesome experience overall and i would definitely recommend this store to anyone.

I had 2 appliances that were acting up on me and needed replacements and a fair and reasonable price. I found JBE APPLIANCES and was well pleased with their options and professionalism. Byron was very helpful in explaining to me what the difference in my options. they made me feel very comfortable in my search and even delivered to my home and hauled away my old stuff. Grade A experience. Highly recommended

Good selection of refurbished appliances. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. They test your appliance before you leave to ensure it's operating as described. Our gas dryer came with a 60 day warranty. Bought it about 2 hours ago and it's already installed and working perfectly. Got a discount for hauling it ourselves. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for appliances new or used.

These people are great!!! I was in need of a quick fix or replacement dryer. JBE Electronics had plenty in stock and very reasonable prices. I was able to pick out a dryer and they delivered it to my house, installed it and tested it all within an hour!!! Free delivery and install within Moreno Valley, can’t beat that! Definitely coming back for other appliances and highly recommending them!! Thanks guys!

The daughter in the store was very friendly and helpful. The owners came to our house promptly on delivery date and went above and beyond making my refrigerator fit into the spot I needed. I will definitely refer other customers and would not hesitate to use them again. I also purchased a washer and dryer. Excellent service.

It was a great experience sincere workers explained everything thoroughly answered all my questions honestly and I walked out of their with a great deal!!!! Not only did they give me a great deal, they delivered & installed it within the hour of purchase!!! Definitely recommend to every one who needs any type of appliance.

I ended up buying a house and didn’t have ANY appliances to my name. Went shopping around and came across Byron at JBE and I couldn’t be happier. Prompt response, more than fair pricing, and vast inventory. If he didn’t have what you were looking for, he’d find it for you. I ended up buying all my appliances from him for my house and for another project I have going on. I couldn’t recommend this place more.
